Yogurt and Berries

One of my favorite after dinner snacks.  It is sweet, full of omega-3s and satisfying. It’s sure to fulfill that sweet tooth without any unhealthy added fat. Enjoy!

  • Prep Time 5 Minutes
  • Serves 1 People


  • 1/4 to 1/2 cup soy or almond milk yogurt
  • Desired Fruit - recommend strawberries, blueberries, even grapes, apples, pears, raspberries, cherries
  • Crunchy toppings: recommend hemp seeds, sliced almonds, walnuts
  • Optional: A light drizzle of honey


  1. Scoop yogurt into a bowl
  2. Add washed and then chopped fruit
  3. Add toppings
  4. Enjoy!
