
Yogurt and Berries

One of my favorite after dinner snacks. It is sweet, full of omega-3s and satisfying. It’s sure to fulfill that sweet tooth without any unhealthy added fat. Enjoy!
- Prep Time 5 Minutes
- Serves 1 People
Ingredients
- 1/4 to 1/2 cup soy or almond milk yogurt
- Desired Fruit - recommend strawberries, blueberries, even grapes, apples, pears, raspberries, cherries
- Crunchy toppings: recommend hemp seeds, sliced almonds, walnuts
- Optional: A light drizzle of honey
Instructions
- Scoop yogurt into a bowl
- Add washed and then chopped fruit
- Add toppings
- Enjoy!
